At Zendova, customer satisfaction is important to us.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Used items
- Damaged products caused by misuse
- Incorrect orders placed by customers
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please contact us immediately with photos.
